The ambience of the resort was good,staff accommodation & staff behaviour was very nice.

...e totally useless & rude,so many staffs left their job just because of managers.Salary is too late.PF dedacts from salary but not credit.I personally left the job just because of the rude behaviour of manager.Very bad place to work.You will be totally fu**ed up 🖕physically and mentally if you join AAMBY VALLEY.

Appraisal system should have been regular and more frequent along with certain periodical salary increments as a process.

...d tedious 12-14 hrs shifts on special events or weekends. No scope of promotion. Very low salary. Politics is ruining the mental peace of employees. Restrictions from security dept.

The company is real stat and housing project. I love that handling the project installing the security system telephone instrument CCTV cameras networking and mantes the related component

compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. work pressure is very high. sometimes, i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client,

I liked supporting staff and they were very kind.

Dislikes

There don't have more facilities for employees such as mosque, vehicle for travelling any time,varieties in food et cetera,however workers cannot be obtain leaves on light days like Friday Wednesday.After all everything is good.
