Less work pressure

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is very low also career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. There is no job security at all here

The people that work here, especially the internship model and it's mentor, are unethical and ill-mannered. They will never stand for the right person. They will do anything in their power to spread rumours about the person who didn't get justice, in order to spread bad image of the person.

You don't feel that there is difference between you and politician they are like brothers to me. They treat you well they help you to grow as a good human being. They are helping poor people who is helpless in this pandemic they provides them food, shelter, and one more thing they also secure that they got good treatment if they found them seek or any kind of illness.Our volunteers are like true nationalist who can do anything for poor people they always stood on their toes to help poor people.

Their is one bad thing in them that they don't discriminate anyone weather it is poor or rich weather it is hindu or muslim. They treat you as a human being and they are very kind to all the people who came for their help.
