Only just good thing is this is fastest growing industry by one self in export sector. Basically if you taken experience of brass and alloys then join this type of industry.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't not support our issues. They just use and through on their employees. No values for their employees. Salary is also not good and no carrer growth. Manpower is main issue due to salary package. No system are followed there, They just only survive. No planning are there.every month labour changes due to own issues and. Company policies.

Employee's Growth is very slow. Working pressure is very high. Management don not value of Senior employee and valuable suggestion, I am working with for 7 years approx. so i want to change.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
