They believe in politics only. Just pressure pressure n only pressure. Fake commitment made about salary .. All seniors are great politicians that they always ready to put u in a mess. Worst working culture.

Disliking things were not much. Only the thing is they should not provide targets to the counsellors as they already have a hectic schedule of attaining too many enquiries and informative calls on daily basis along with asmission processing activities in the given software. They should be provided a stressfree work culture as they are the smiling and cheerful representatives of the company at the front office.

Too much politics. Management is very partial and they only promote their favourite employees and specially those who are Muslim. There are many tls who can’t pronounce a sentence properly but they are handling team😅 are there are also few agents who are very much deserving but they don’t give them chance .
