Manager was good, work culture and salary was ok. Company gives time to learn that helps in growth and development.

No work-life balance, no job security in sales. After the admission season is over the layoff of sales employees start.

You get salary on time If you have good feedback, your stability in the job is assured.

Office politics is worst in Aakash. People in hierarchy get good pay and appraisal but the faculty do not get anything. If there's any govt holiday given , they will make you work from home You will get plenty of leaves but not approved

...have work, you just need to do your 9 hour sitting idle. you can expect 8% hike. they will cut 10% of your salary as variable, and another 10 as a security which you will get after completing 26 months. Also they will only accept resignation in the month of feb with a newly introduced 2 months notice period. Well, it is only to make the company operations easy, they can fire you in a breath. If you are a man, you will die for transfer, but they can transfer you wherever THEY want, you get 2 days to report to new location. No compensation for relocation. The whole industry is bad, but Aakash is the biggest devil.

Non supportive management. Worst Policies. Fake commitments from HR as well as Managers and senior managers. Also they threaten every employee for termination. Please not join aakash this is very ridiculous company as of my career. Even they don't give you proper week offs.

Management is bad. Salary is bad. Work culture is non existent. And you can’t even do your job your way, with people micromanaging everything. There is no particular regard for mental health.
