HR of ROM are for only name. They follow CBH and AD as they are 15/20 yrs old and they do any political issues with anyone.

Variable payment is deducted from salary but not given to any emp. and internal politics is very high specially from ROM region ( HR cannot do anything in front of CBH and AD )
