Months ago many people were fired from digital and no one was taken back but Noman is back with high salary bz he is brother of Faruk. Sahnabaj and Mohsin again joined bcz they are his people. They will make you work like a machine 200 calls dailed with 90 connected calls and 3 hrs of talk time which is humanly not possible in8 hrs so they ask you to extend your shift i have worked for 12 hrs a day to complete target

In Aakash there is no work culture at any level, we should not expect any kind of support from anyone.All the employee are acting like anything.Every one try to pull your legs.Every one will work to save their jobs only.There is no family life balancing.my sincere advise is its better to not join in aakash.
