...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The behavior of the staff is very good No staff behaves with ego They give their 100%, be it management or staff side. Similarly, everyone is getting good training

It would have been great if the company had provided room for the staff to stay

I am working in Aakar Foundry Pvt.Ltd. since my initial phase of career. Due to colleagues support and training given by them was very helpful and informative. Management staff, colleagues, HR policies are helpful to employees. AFPL also conduct employees welfare functions, social work like blood donation camp, Gaushala Etc.

Dislikes

The only defficeintly thing about AFPL is Payment scale, according to me payscale for all level employees are lesser than market value.. Otherwise overall company work culture is very nice

Aakar is Automotive company , one of best thing is that its working nature is good. All the teammates are cooperative, well training provided. And its a our carrer growths, learn all the process. work environment is good.
