Poor appraisal process and promotions based on closeness with top people and not on work Blaming culture. No guidance from top management and no decision making No spending money in good things HR policies are very poor. LOP For employee without intimation. No information given by HR on policies and benefits

Work culture is pathetic, politics everywhere. Managers believe in favouritism and opportunities comes to those who are fully involved in office politics and gossips. Some teams have leaders who does’t even know L of leadership. There is only n only external showoff in this company, from outside everything looks happening from inside its full of drama, politics, dragging people, no culture and no ethics).

AAK is doing well and company culture is fairly decent. Managers are good and listens to what you have to say There are frequent activities which keep employees involved
