Healthy working environment. The mentor is always ready to teach the juniors and praises for their sincerity and hard work. The salaries are paid on time unlike the other firms. Even the staff is friendly and helps one another. The juniors are given first hand experience. The exposure is good.

I’ve learnt a lot at AAK Legal. It feels good to work under great guidance. Also, my co-workers are very cooperative, and the firm is located very near to the Bombay High Court, which is a good thing.

Good working and Familiar Environment, and team is very supportive. The mentor is very good and ready to teach anytime to their associates and juniors. the Juniors are treated well.

Dislikes

The worst working atmosphere one can ever be a part of. The Partner herself is a supremely rude person who had laid off close to 25 people in a year without any prior notice or severance pay. Due to the continuous change in Associates the output to the clients also remains extremely poor.
