Terrible work culture. Over pressurized situation. Should be in gmeet for the entire work hour for monitoring (for WFH). Can hear offensive words from your executives in common call often for simple stuffs. An HR resigned the same week as I'm saying even more problems. The above all is from my point of view, I don't know the current situation there. If you're desperate for work Good luck.

AAITPRO provides a positive environment for growth and development. It's been a month since I joined AAITPRO, and I feel like I have learned quite a lot in this small period of time.

In the beginning, there were specific issues with managing so much content that we worked on, but AAITPRO is swift in coming up with solutions to their problems. Since it is a US-based company, we don't receive holidays on major Indian festivals and occasions.
