And when I asked why , no response. 6)salary will be credited after 4th of every month. Salary will not be credited if it is Saturday, Sunday or Monday. Sometimes it goes to 7th of the month. 7) you will recognisable only if you speak nice words around management.

I like to work because all my colics are working with me and supporting each other. I have got a lot of new works like hotel booking, flight ticket booking, vehicle management, manpower management, store management etc... learned in my life.

Dislikes

There are nothing any timeline in regular working days. We have to flexible times spent here every working days. And nothing any planning work here, everytime it's an emergency basis work to do us.

Our management is so good and our work culture and work balance is nice. Our team member's is so supports, good management.

There is no understanding between one group to another group, and the main thing was, they should want to see the truth between person to person what happens when the problem come. Sorry to say like this, Thank you

I don't like the way they see working newly joinied people, they were not treating people same and also they showing difference. P. M - Ganesh(Tirupathi Site) , I think this is not feet for the project manager and also as site engineer because he never clear any of my doubts, he is skipping doubts and he also disrespectful and the way he speaks was not liking.
