Very Aggressive Company, having its presence in all Major cities. Company CMD is very supportive and guides the employees in term of achieving the individual target and very good incentives structure. Sales people can make good incentives.

Nothing about the company as there is everything depends on two brother only

Dislikes

...management everything handled by two brothers who are the owner of the company No salary on time, no increment no appraisal, no leave policy, you will get only 2 leaves of the year holi and diwali, even you have to work on national holiday

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
