It's 9 -6 job for all the roles, you can leave on time.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Salary date is after 10th of every month. Even if you come late for 3 minutes for consecutive 4 days half a day salary will be cut. There is no proper policies to understand company's regulation. For everything you need to reach HR. Overall not much career growth.
