Lot of politics and management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but no career growth. On the job training is not given to new joinees and expectations level is very high without any training.

Work is not satisfactory high authority is not visible but some high designation staff like AGM AND DGM OR sinior maneger they donot work they not aprove convence or expenses but they want to work

-You have to maintain a certain threshold of call mins everyday (should be around 60 mins) more like a call centre for lawyers. - Several RM's who are incompetent in their own work will Gaslight your work and push blames on your shoulders. - you will learn nothing new (unless you're a complete fresher) - False promises of incentives during interviews, there is 0 incentive framework for lawyers as of date do not rely upon any promises made.
