Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Lot of politics and management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but no career growth. On the job training is not given to new joinees and expectations level is very high without any training.

-You have to maintain a certain threshold of call mins everyday (should be around 60 mins) more like a call centre for lawyers. - Several RM's who are incompetent in their own work will Gaslight your work and push blames on your shoulders. - you will learn nothing new (unless you're a complete fresher) - False promises of incentives during interviews, there is 0 incentive framework for lawyers as of date do not rely upon any promises made.
