This organisation provides the best employee friendly enviornment. There is no rigid hierarchy and seniors are always there to help. the scope for learning never ends and teamwork is the fisrt priority for each of the employees. The best part about this organistaion is the manager who has been agreat guide and there is no crisis the employees did not get help from him.

The work life balance and salary can be a bit more flexible.

Their is not a single thing which is good about this company. The HR is so disrespectful, that she always try to disrespect other. Not a single person is happy with the HR. And we can't talk to other adminstration persons directly, we have to ask the permisson with HR. But she always try to insult me. Please don't join this company it's culture is really toxic.

the culture is not good. The salary will be credited by 10th of the next month. HR always tries to disrespect others.

They will give you training but you can't work with dedication because of the poor work work culture and exceeding shift timings.

...s more like a sales based company where strict Target is given to the employees. And you will never know when and why they will deduct your salary. You might work from home sometimes and might get late due to some unavoidable reasons, they will accept it but they will deduct your salary and the salary that they will provide you you can never expect, so less even after so much of hardwork. And the projects or the works they will give you that will be completely new to you.

Nothing. Only those who confirm to uncouth mannerism and indiscipline ican get along .

Dislikes

Everything. They don't explain techniques and procedures . Company run by louts and pimps . Smoking inside office . No clearly defined working hours . Common washroom even for ladies and no wfh or period leave.
