...ckdated even employees don't have any idea what's going on in the outside world. I got no offer later even they didn't used to provide salary slip.. still I didn't recieve my exp letter though I was not expecting that. Trust me this company has nothing management has no brain.. not employee friendly. And right now they are just taking the benifits of unempolyeement . Trust me . I wann say again if you want to be a worthless human go and join.

The only positive point is that this company gives salary in time. Otherwise this is a very basic label company with lots of working experience. For freshers, this company is good but only for 1 to 2 years.

...sure are given though at the end of the year they are not given proper value. 9. At the time of salary hike, company ran at loss. 10. Upper management is somehow blind, they can't do proper appraisal at the year end. 11. Proper guidance is not given to the juniors. 12. Attitude of the team leaders are just like headmasters although they know less than the juniors. 13. Nobody is interested to learn new thing. They are happy to use old technology. 14. Overall in this company there is no personal, professional and financial growth. Working here for a long time will make you demotivate for future.

...very good. The I was new, my seniors were happy to provide me required training. Salary also OK as per industry standards (though I will always want it to be a bit more). Overall I am happy with my work. Leave policy is flexible.

Some times work pressure is more, but this is blessing in disguise. Better than having less work and feeling unsecured.

... to learn and grow. Best place to learn and grow. Good and respectful behaviour. Salary always on time, even during Covid. Particularly happy about the work culture and friendly behaviour.

Very toxic environment and management. In fact the owner of the organization is horrible. You will find yourself as a slave and nothing else.
