Poor management, poor facility, poor salary structure, poor family life, No proper systematic work culture found. Non technical persons are leading the projects. No idea about contractual execution.

I like the working environment of A G Construction. All senior member are vry helpful. But job security is not there. There is no permanent criteria in company policies.

Dislikes

Manager always use abusive language to their juniors. The pay scale is very low and the working time is more than 12 hrs

Likes

Working at construction fields improves your leadership abilities, techincal knowledge, managing skills, Decision making skills. We will know what a team work is, and handling situations. Still a lot one can learn if he is interested to work. My experience was a joy as I learnt so many things from it.Should never hesitate asking any doubts.

Dislikes

Bad thing about working at construction is most of the companies won't provide the good amenities like, food accommodation. We work for a quality living if we din't get it then it's of no use working I feel. Politics is every where we have to deal with it. One shouldn't trust over other employee blindly some may be good and some may be Smart to use us.
