Bad culture, Poor respect, Lack of training, zero work life balance, under utilization of talents, job security doesn't have notice periods, No employee benefits like canteen, insurance. High politics.

well ,first and foremost I would say company are reputation drew me in, I love my job because everyone has same vision Dedication to over the mission

when the output are achieved as per target, appreciate and give rewards for the respective teammates or unit wise to motivate when the working hours are over. Need to make a some kind of stuff like sports etc.,

There is no opportunity for learning and career growth. There is lot of internal politics by senior people not letting new employees to scale up to next position in the organization. Senior management tries to keep hold on every aspect and organization lacks delegation of authority. There is no proper job description, roles and responsibilities change now and then resulting lesser job satisfaction. 80% to 90% of the employees are there with the company for long period (at least min 10years). So new employees are not given opportunities to explore and contribute towards the growth of the company. Skilled employees are underutilized because of senior employees not paving way for them.

My superior are not supporting me and telling me any time you no target go to resign this job others are waiting for joining no job security and life balance
