During the Covid pandemic, many people found themselves without work as companies were forced to lay off employees. However, at this challenging time, I was given a valuable opportunity to develop my skills and contribute to the growth of the company. Through this experience, I even learned how to multitask effectively.

I think the company is doing a lot of things right, but there are some areas where I think we can improve as a team. One thing that I could like to see more of is collaboration between departments. I feel that there could be more communication and coordination between teams, which would help us work more efficiently and effectively towards our goals.
