My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Worst and Fraud company do not recommend to any dersigner or Architect to work with there it's a humble request to guys.

... cheater and never stick on their commitment which they signed from employees ..salary bad work bad timing are most horrible and they had eaten lots of employees salary and retaintion which not giving back after resign from work ...Worst worst.

...m as per there requirements.they will terminate immediately without any warning.And they will not pay you whatever days you have worked. So I request you to all architect's and interior designer candidates don't fall in this company trap.

If you want to sit till 8 or 10 then go there. If you want to give 15 days interview mean if they don't like ur performance in after 15 days they'll fire you without paying anything mentioned in offer letter They will not give you copy of terms & conditions And 10:00 to 6:45 pm working hour is dream for staff you have to sit till 7:30 or 8 Otherwise be ready to get fired
