Work life balance is good, salary is on time

1)Salary is not per market trends. 2)No system of KPI, increment is 10% for every one and if you keep good connection and butter up the seniors than the chances of increment are high. 3)No roadmap in the company, if you are not in sales there is no growing opportunity or further roadmap in other departments. Even in sales you will grow financially based on your AUM but no positional growth. 4) Hypocrisy at its best, rules are only meant for lower employees, VPs and AVPs does not need to follow any rules 5) All the decision making of all the departments are been handled by one man, which doesn't make any sense due to favouritism and partiality takes place from seniors

Work politics at its peak, specifically Operations department when it comes to work-life balance, personal life, personal space it was just a shit show. Managers who shoud be using their position for company's and employees benefits instead they all for name sake are just using their high authority to waste time and resources of company with useless and unnecessary meetings, 'senseless humour'. Just a little heads to people thinking of joining it please dont they will just waste your skills and talent due to favouritism. Also a major setbakc is WFH and Saturdays off which all the employees have asked them for n number of times yet they ignore it.
