...s a Fraud Company who cheats many clients and does not pay their salaries too. I have worked here as a training manager and Pravin Dariyani did not pay my salary for 5 months and it still due after 2 years.

...aud he has take crores of rs as loan from clients . Which he is not returning. He deducted pf from salary but doesn't deposit it. He gives fake salary to employee bu doesnt deposit money in account. Please dont join this co. At first few years back name of the co was IILD then he changed it ti A&A now again he has changed his co name to OYB.

THE CONCEPT IS GOOD. LOT OF LEARNING INVOLVED BOTH TECGNICAL AS WELL AS BEHAVIOURAL. TALKING TO BUSINESS OWNERS PROVIDES VALUABLE INSIGHTS TOWARDS BUSINESS OPERATIONS.

PATHETIC ORGANISATION, MD MR PRAVEEN DARYANI IS A BIG FRAUDSTER. HE VOLUNATRILY CHANGED THE EMPLOYEMENT MODEL TO PARTNERSHIP MODEL WITHOUT DISCUSSING WITH US EMPLOYEES CHANGED THE ENTIRE SALARY STRUCTURE TO VARIABLE BASED ON PERFORMANCE WITH NO FIXED INCENTIVE. ITS BEEN ALMOST 2 YEARS NONE OF THE EMPLOYEE HAS RECD THEIR DUES OF 4 MONTH SALARIES.

...before and during COVID 19. Salaries were not paid since Dec. 2019, cleared Dec. And Jan salary in June, 2020. After 6 months. The promoter of the company is dominant on employees and pressurize employees not to take any action

Salaries not paid on time, partly paid after 6 months. Insurances discontinued, which were the committments by company. Lala culture. Now new name website www.oybnow.com. they treat employees as labourer. Mr. Pravin Daryani thinks he is always right. Management gives deaf ear to employees So, join at your own risk.

...s share and left the company . Clients are fooled in name of media advertising . They havent paid salary for 4 months

Not giving salary -due for last 3 months. Client has filed FIR for cheating . We are told that I will sell my house and property . closed office. CFO died due to covid. HR team kept fooling us and now they have left . Opening new company to fool new customer. OYOB own your business is company name - Dont join this company . We (group of employees ) have filed complaint in LABOUR Office and now taking legal action
