Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good. WFH for Service or project Engineer one of good policies.

Dislikes

Career growth for lower department is very slow and salary hike is not too good. Job training is not given to new joiners.

We can approach to our L-2 Manager easily. Environment between departments employee is very good. Time to time games & other activity take place. Good for freshers get to learns a lot here due to too many work process. Flexi time table. Big & spacious office.

...tivity. Over dependency or workload on a employee cant even think to take off. Salary do not come on time. No good increment. Join only when you do not have any other options.

Initially the work culture is very nice and then the team mates and managers who make your work place so better even having so much responsibilities and work pressure.

Salary delay due to which some of our financial responsibilities are getting hammered.

The Freedom of work, they don't tell employees how to work, theu believe in individuality and give clarity on final vision and give us freedom to make our own path towards vision. Also I joined as a fresher but still the culture was so open that they allowed me to take initiative and come up with creative solutions which was accepted by everyone. Also, I was always appreciated and recognized for what I did good, helped me to understand what I should repeat. I am greatful to be a part of this organisation
