Definitely this company is not recommended to anybody who has no guts to face the horrible manager over there. He doesn't know to interact with employees. If you are joining there for testing team then definitely don't join here.

Dislikes

I dislike everything there. 1.It's a product based company and you have to start working on the project without knowing it. 2.Nobody is ready to share the knowledge on product 3.Few employees are only namesake 4.The one who are contributing should work more than 9 hours 5.During release time you have to work 24hours 6.Even though you are in testing team you have to update developer status 7.Horrible work-life balance.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
