Working for 9and9 was a major blunder I've made.

Dislikes

Although the company had a good supporting team it lacks management. They don't pay salaries, if employees ask management to clear their pending (in my case 6 months pending salary)salaries they fire employees without even informing, need not mention their unprofessional behavior towards employees.

Well, first and foremost, I would say the company's overall reputation and culture drew me in. I've had a few friends who either worked here or with the business and they've always saved about the atmosphere of professionalism. And I absolutely agree 100 percent with them. Secondly, my thoughts and ideas are respected and always taken in consideration, which keeps me motivated to work better everyday.
