...rs there was no work satisfaction. But what a turn-around in the last 12 months. Now leadership is set and stable, good people-friendly policies like serving unlimited fruits all day long, variable pay disbursed quarterly, and performance ratings and evaluations are sorted. Nobody tracks when you are coming or leaving and there is full autonomy and freedom to work and express. Founders are also very accessible. I got full support from the leadership in setting up my own business and received great guidance and mentoring over the last year. I almost feel bad seeing the people pouring their frustration on company. This company is surely not for you if you are looking for a cushy place. This is definitely for you if you are ambitious and hardworking. I believe this company fast-tracked my professional growth. Cheers to their vision !!

...stated in articles is fictitious, with funding being refused few months back. They will fire disrespectfully and not even pay your notice pay

1) No proper management of work. Always take projects without any clarity Making it a mess. 2) report focused CSM team with no interest in taking clarity on work from client. 3) No proper growth 4) Not much scope in learning anything new. 5) Only focused on their own software for report submission which is a junk learning that won't benefit for our future growth 6) Just for name sake they are providing alternative Saturday off. 7) Hectic work, they don't properly plan and execute later pressurize engineer to cover-up their faults. 8) They have lousy vendor team who are good for nothing. No one understands simple basic drawing and work quality is very poor.

...om him. Also, ever since this guy, the work environment has quite become toxic. Firing people without notice and not even compensating the remaining salary fully. Basic is what you will get if they fire you for the days you have worked in the month. Caution- you'll understand the person whom im talking about, cause he is just so needy, despite being a director and tries so hard to act cool. Spoiler alert- he's not so cool. No no just don't go. Unless you have an extreme financial crises and you need bare minimum. Cause that's what he will offer you (he will exploit you no matter what department or location). No offense to co founders. They are all great.
