Management has changed and have started implementing useless rules. The HR especially the one sitting in the North Zone is completely senseless. Don't know why have they hired her. She doesn't have answers to any questions and she is always UNABLE to help.

...s for a long time are extremely helpful and help with learning opportunities. The salary is decent but the workload is a lot for some roles but ig that depends on the team structure.

Dislikes

Expects us to over stretch out timelines but the same flexibility isnt reciprocated from the company. Not many growth opportunities. Opinion of ground level employees is heard but never acted upon taken into consideration by management and most of the times they are least bothered about employee satisfaction. No acknowledgement for hardwork and dedication by immediate senior management.

Compensation is usually average industry standards or lower. It is difficult to get promoted due to company business model

...ny is doing terrible financialy. Laid off employees twice in one financial year. They have cut down two months salary and lay off approx 70 employees in COVID-19 and these were mostly new joiners. Cherry on the top within two days of lay offs, new jobs opening was posted to hire people on the less package. They have never bothered about their employees. The management is worse. They should not exploit the talent by hiring people.

The management is terrible. There is no growth in beat any role. The supervisors are for name sake. Worse people management.

This is umnanged start up, the founder doesn't have any vision. During covid they put 300 employees on leave without pay for 2 months. After that they have started operation from jun and laid off 70 people. Please do not join this company.
