There is a lot to learn, but things we do here is completely different in other corporate world so it's difficult to survive outside even if you learn so much.

...don't trust you, you don't get to live your life because your life is just work. Very very less pay. You can't dream of achieving bigger as your pay is so so low. Lastly it's CEO driven, company works as per his mood and very restrictive, they hire and fire.

... the pandemic, the company made sure to hire the right talent to keep growing. Lot of new initiatives (insurance, rewards, leave policy & fair compensation) are put in place.

Lack senior strength who can guide in improving your work efficiency. There is no flexibility given to the employees, you always need to work from office and there is early entry and exit options.

The company culture is a bit toxic where micro management is evident in all aspects, and there's little to no work life balance.

Its like a one man show, company ceo makes all the decisions. There is no single hr in this company. Thr culture is like a primary school level where all the instructions are given from a teacher and you don't have a voice against it. If they find any conversation that they feel like employee is trying to speek anything against company policy, then they will ask the employee to put the resignation. They won't directly terminate any employee, rather they will ask employees to put resignation mail. Further more strict on morning timings, you can't be late in morning, but you need to stay upto night😁

7Edge doesn't have a culture. Be happy that you won't get any benefit like 1. Free transport 2. Childcare 3.Cafeteria 4. Work from home 5Team outing 6. And nothing
