If you have got EMIs and loans to pay then this not the company that you should consider joining. Budget constraints salaries and incentives are not paid on time. Vendors are not paid on time. People are fired there is no job security you never know when you will be fired. From one end the head count is reduced and from the other end new individuals are hired. There is no work life balance, individuals working at higher positions are more compared to subordinates work load is not equally distributed. People working at manager positions are doing everything except work from shopping to trading during office hours. If you genuinely want to grow and excel your skills then this is not the place. More than how you perform what relationship you share with your manager matters if you’re a people pleaser then you will survive. Office politics blame game, employees are overloaded with work and there is no work from home. Eventually you will forget your personal life. You will not be left with much time for yourself Not recommended 👎🏻

Recruiting for a position and then giving some open position while joining. Damaging the career of a person. Egoistic CEO& Product Manager. Lying HR team. No professional ethics and treating employees the way the want. They fire Engineering directors and all levels.
