...d wokring time is there. Who all are joining 6D are leaving within 1 or 2 years. They won't provide bonus, no proper hike cycle, no leaves, no arrears, no variable pay, no holidays. 24/7 it's working and should work in Saturday and Sunday also without any payment.

good projects will come and the hike percentage is good.

...proper organization for work and the timings. no courses are provided by office. The salary hike will be 6 months late on your cycle.

1) As I have joined in here as a fresher so I can say it is a good company to start with. 2) first one year many things to learn, then it becomes repetitive. 3) I got good seniors who helped me if I had doubts.

Dislikes

1) So much delay in salary hike. 2) No appreciation like awards from company side for a good work. 3) not more projects follow agile principles.

They pay good salary but the work is not satisfying as you will not learn anything new. Also u have to be available 10hrs everyday and sometimes even in weekends

Too much work is expected in too less time. Lot of pressure. Have to work even on holidays and weekends most of the time

You will come to know the technical knowledge very well. It is a very for a freshers , where you can learn a lot of things through experience.

Terrible work load, No Timing, 24x7 work, No timing for your personal time spend, Worst is Salary, They don't hike you on time, If appraisal is to happen on April, they will do on November. Management don't bother on employees job satisfaction, HR department is just for name sake.
