There’s really nothing to like about working at Vitwo. The management is disorganized and unsupportive, creating a frustrating work environment. Employees often feel undervalued and overwhelmed, with little to no opportunities for growth. The team morale is low, and the overall culture is toxic. I wouldn’t recommend Vitwo to anyone seeking a positive work experience.

The leave policies are cumbersome and not supportive, leading to additional frustration. 6. Sandwich Policies: Management frequently implements "sandwich" policies—changes imposed without adequate consultation or explanation. This approach often leaves employees feeling blindsided and undervalued. 7. Poor Communication from Management: Frequent advisories are sent via WhatsApp without prior discussion or input from employees. This top-down communication style feels disrespectful and undermines teamwork. 8. Diverse Clientele base Highly Futuristic Business Thought Process Actions are not meant for mere preaching but actually practiced & put into actions Fellow colleagues are friends, buddies & pack of extreme competence Innovation vide adoption of technology runs in the DNA of the organisation The most appreciable part is honest, candid and genuine feedbacks with an intent to improve and outperform a blessing / great opportunity for people planning to make a career backed by both vertical and horizontal growth - & obviously as a person.. too much to learn and imbibe the Apex Management team guides, mentors, hand-holds and goes that extra mile - rare & genuine individuals

at times when multiple projects are assigned - priorities boomerangs the thrust on perpetual improvement & like-mindedness - one needs to decide and choose wisely.

Likes

1. Really enjoy working here 2. Work culture is good. 3. Good bonding with team. 4. I get to know about various clients and how they manage their books of accounts so eat adds a scope of learning curve to my career 5. What I appreciate the most is the constant support and cooperation from the end of hods and senior management.

Dislikes

1. Taste of tea is not good. 2. Work from home or hybrid is not available under the company policy 3. Too much pressure during the month end while book closure.

Likes

Immense scope to learn and develop skills. It has a diverse client base so helps in understanding multiple use cases and enriches the exposure and experience. The leaders guide and help as much as possible. The office is beautiful though a bit far. Working on a new SaaS product development is definitely one of the key things any body would want.

Dislikes

The coffee tastes bad, cafeteria could do with a lot more amenities. Work pressure is high and very strict on timelines. Alternative Working Saturday.

Things I like about ViTWO are as follows : - 1. I have found lovely colleagues at my time at ViTWO not only inside my dept but outside of it as well 2. All Head of Depts can be extremely supportive and they try their best to understand our problems and help us with it 3. The software development department is tasked with the development and upgradation of a very good product called ERP 4. Situated in Mani Casadona - the office premise of ViTWO is very beautiful 5. Work - Life Balance is one of the major things that we take into consideration while deciding to go for a job which I can confirm is good at ViTWO in my department.

Dislikes

Things I dislike about ViTWO are as follows :- 1. In the era of WFH/Hybrid Jobs - ViTWO wants employees to come to office daily. While considering the global demand , a hybrid solution would be better for the state of the employees. 2. My compensation package should also include medical benefits for myself and my parents 3. Extra curricular activities should be arranged such as office parties, get togethers, outdoor events, offsite for a week
