When i started working, they promised a project pipeline of 10-20 years but in the end they laid me off, The company feels like a dating site, with almost everyone in a relationshipwithin the office, including HR and managers who are involved in highly unethical relationships, Favoritism is rampant, and unfortunately there is state wise politics with a clear bias towards Marathi employees. Overall a terrible company with no job security

Most important thing is work satisfaction, if you are not satisfied with your work then there is no meaning. But at 5D I am always enjoy my work and satisfied. we can easily manage work-life balance. The team is really very co-operative in every situation.

The culture is really good at 5D solutions. No Micro- Managemnet at all. We have the freedom to work and flexible working hours help employees to maintain the work-life balance. The training session help to grow. Townhall meeting in each month gives a retrospective of the development of the projects a company's progress. Overall, its good experience to be a part of 5D Team.
