I worked at 5C Network for 5 months and have over 10 years of experience in medical device sales. During the interview process, the HR team portrayed 5C Network as a medical technology company with strong growth potential and promised great career opportunities. However, the reality was quite different. From day one, employees are pressured to deliver business without any breathing space or onboarding support. The environment is extremely toxic—field sales personnel are treated poorly, and there is a clear lack of respect, especially from the inside sales team. Expense claims are another challenge. If you fail to bring in immediate business, the company questions your expenses and may even refuse reimbursements. After two months, I realized that the services offered by 5C Network are not essential for most hospitals, as they typically have their own radiologists in-house. The management is not open to feedback or employee opinions. Terminations are abrupt and without warning, leaving employees with no job security or support. I strongly advise professionals from pharma or medical device backgrounds to think twice before joining this company. Despite having a high number of vacancies in South India, the work culture and lack of support make it a very risky move for experienced sales professionals.

As with most fast-paced growing startups, this isn't without its disadvantages. But it is surely a great place to grow, learn, and get a deeper understanding on the industry.

I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a job. I was so impressed with the Management and employees were friendly and helping nature passionate to learn new skills. I like the culture and The team was very friendly helpful, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

Only thing I like that the product or process which they are running. Management and HR department very bad..No engagement or Position or proper hike is not there..No work life balance. Expecially CRM Team and mangement.

Dirty politics inside the office and the management decision are bad about the process and work culture. And no job security..Process managed by uneducated hierarchy and there is no voise for core workers, who works with the client and other internal team. 10hour duty without no break.(night shift)

Poor work culture. Imbalanced personal life due to odd hours customers calls and escalation. Very unprofessional and unethical Practices from Management. No Job Security.
