I want to like 100% IT job. I am not satisfied in 4th dimension. I want to get more salary anywhere in delhi/NCR as soon as possible.

This is an architectural firm. I am not getting 100% IT job in 4th Dimension. This is a partnership firm.It has two bosses. They assign different type of work to me like personal assistant, to get help in accounts, field work by motorcycle and help in HR etc.

If this is your first job you will learn so much in this company. I found the company was very open in terms of clients interactions as compared to others. Everyone will let you feel comfortable with them and provide you with the genuine feedback for improvement. People there were very talented in there work.

Dislikes

Compensation was not up to the industry standards. Very low appraisals even if you work 3x compared to others. Job Security & Work Pressure was not good even. Even though it is an IT company still we need to work 6 days a week. On Sundays you will required to come to finish client work. Don't expect any compensation for Sundays. Owner sometimes used abusive language.

The Company at Najaf in Iraq, this House construction at Najaf and other construction in Iraq (Baghdad, Earbil, Water Kut, Hilla Land & Basra).

Dislikes

I worked for day 8 hours weekly off Friday. I work Accounts . 1000 workers in my construction. 500 hundred Employee (4th Dimension & National for Construction Industries)
