1.No job security, if you are not in the good books of your lead consider yourself jobless 2. Blatant favouritism and sexism. 3. Management is in delusion that everything is managed by AI in development and gives unrealistic deadline. 4. WFO. Come to office even if you are on your death bed.

Lots of politics nothing to learn for freshers, no appreciation for good work and the main source of politics comes from HR manager cabin and from Leads.

1.Be cautious about joining this team, especially if you are a woman. The frontend lead, PS, has a reputation for being difficult to work with. 2.The HR manager, V**A, engages in questionable politics with senior staff. Despite being a woman herself, her actions reflect poorly on her as a representative of women in the workplace and she may undermine your position to advance her own agenda and ego 3.Don't join the company especially if you are a women or a girl.

i am working here since last 2 years and want to work with 47Billion for so many more years. This is the best company i ever worked with. in the bad situations like COVID-19 company is taking care of all the employees even at the time of appraisal its giving its best. culture is great and no time boundation is there everybody in 47Billion is so sincere and dedicated towards work. Management is very good and supportive, we can share any problem with HR and management team they will listen and understand every issue of employee. Company policies provides leaves for sick,casual, work from home,maternity,optional and birthday & anniversary .
