I enjoy the diverse range of writing projects at 42Works, from blog posts to social media content. There's a lot of diverse creative freedom, and I love the collaborative branstorming sessions with the team. The feedback is always constructive and helps me improve my skills. Coming to the company culture, it's an incredibly inclusive environment. We celebrate all our wins (big or small) and support each other like a close-knit group of friends. It really does not give a corporate ambience that you get from other IT agencies, and I think that's what separates 42Works from the rest.

The management is open for suggestions / discussions and always works towards them 6. Leaves are always approved based on genuine terms and reasons

No dislikes but want to see a big office and comfortable backed chairs.

1. Some amount of work balance is there if you are under a good manager. 2. Hybrid mode.

Dislikes

1. No proper appraisal. 2. Conversation is mostly one sided. What they ask should be done immediately, but your complaints and issues will not be addressed even after continuos reminder.

I have been working at 42Works for 1.2 Years. Nice work culture and all team members are very helpful and friendly. I have learned a lot of new things after working here, hope to keep honing my skills. if you are looking for a good career then 42Works is the right direction.
