...l they won't give leave When they send to some location they won't give claims If you ask the claim they will hold the salary and black mail us No job security and health insurance security for your family

Likes

Teammates were good and supportive. Salary on time only when you are working for the client otherwise no salary will credited on time. Work life balance is good but no learning kick for future for your personal skillsets.

Dislikes

Poor management. Salary not on time when you are on bench. Less job security as they have less number of clients. Carreer growth not so good. No professional growth. Client will treat you very bad as you will be off role for them. No medical coverage at 3i. Must think before you join.

Overall a balanced workplace, 3i infotech is one safe place to work at. Decent level of opportunities and work one gets to work on.

Dislikes

Our teammates are supportive but our company is not supporting to their employees. Not giving bonus every year and not doing any increment.
