...ssued termination letter for extremely poor performance on delivery - company is paying salary from the 100 Cr cash reserve it earned by selling it’s products to a venture capital firm last year - recruited several high cost employees at management level. However they not only failed to show any performance improvement, but eating away the cash reserve - new management has the peculiar approach passing on failures to middle management and even to clients. This is deliberately done to suppress their failures to bring committed revenue they made during recruitment - company’s share price has nose dived from 120 to 40 Rs in no time is a testimony of its performance - they engaged a renowned consultancy firm to guide on performance improvement. The firm identified severe issues with the employee management and operations management approaches, but later management dumped it - during one of the sessions with the consulting firm a senior leader of the BPO business told that they hold salary of the employees for about 10 days to refrain them switching jobs. He had a logic for the same. The consultancy firm was surprised that such thing can exist in IT industry today.

...s. Unsecured culture & Jobs irrespective of achievements. Carelessly handled co. finances, resulting delayed salary every month since 2+ years. Delayed & Inappropriate decision making. Redundancies in head count to flash as profits. Seasoned team simply moving out, irrespective of department. Zero RCA to improvise the situation. No uniformity in thoughts, every department works individually & mess it all the more. Lost market credibility to beginners & small competitors. Huge communication gap within the co.

There is no any bonus like diwali & other bonus and apperisalif you ask they can directly rejecting there is no policy of any bonus in our organization.

HR response, bonus and apperisal salary delay on every month as per promise date from 1 year of experience only 2 time I received salary on time.

Work culture is too bad, biasnessed, corporate politics is on peak.. No value to employes Zero job security No work ethics Salary Delay Extreme issue with variable pay.. hardly get ever No curricular activities only work.
