I was doing work in 3i . where i was doing work in that process in that process my TL was not good.he doesn't know how to behave with employees.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company policy is good, appraisals are fair and thery give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.
