My manager and colleague was very supportive

Dislikes

There was no fixed time for salary and incentive was given after 3 month. Senior don't try to solve our problems. And even then they change their policies in mid of fy or started any new policy in mid on fy.

I worked there for 9 months but I didn't found and thing what I like. Working there is useless and the waste of time. I would suggest to everyone just go to other option.

Dislikes

Salary day is very late. Environment is very bad. Working process is bad. There is to high pressure and target. And No promotion & IJP.

I donno like anything about 3i , working in 3i is like kinda exploitation, salary does not even match with the daily wages ..

...ey just talk stupid , they are based , they are very slow in doing their job ... You will never get salary on time , holding salary is their passion..

Dislikes

Managers are not supported. Toxic work- culture. Not ready to adapt new things Higher management Not working as a team. Working individually and pin point always downline team.
