Dislikes

When the person got injured from the road accident, company won't be pay any salary and compensate during that time. More over if the person is from poor family and doesn't have any financial support, then how the employees can be survive without any salary and financial support from the company. Working in M/s 3F Oilpalm aggrotech was a very good experience journey with excellent exposure, Most of the time, I experience the management trusting the team leaders and providing them with support to deliver the output. Moreover , the management actively listened to stakeholder views and supported them in achieving the deliverables.
