Working in M/s 3F Oilpalm aggrotech was a very good experience journey with excellent exposure, Most of the time, I experience the management trusting the team leaders and providing them with support to deliver the output. Moreover , the management actively listened to stakeholder views and supported them in achieving the deliverables.

What ever reviews you can see here are all fake and done forcefully by management. HR rules are very good . Unstable management decision. Overall my experience is bad with this organization. I never suggest this to any one.
