They don't pay salaries for 2-3 months in a row,don't give you your salary slips for 6-7 months, make you slog for long hours and send you to any part of the city for field work.they have 3 Saturdays working and often don't give public holidays. All major employee's have left the company, there's always job insecurity around the work place. The HR never replies on time and works from home.she never gets back to you on any query.the office is in a small 10x10 cabin in a co working space in Mumbai, company has no structured policies, senior employee's are not MBA's and is former airhostess,still she dominates junior employee's who are qualified for the job with an MBA. They avoid taking employee calls and messages when they follow up for claims and salaries,it's difficult to run the house while you work with them. They have lost a lot of business from major clients due to fraudulent data collection activities. I Do not recommend fresher's to join this company,you will land up doing data entry, transcription and Field work for which you can get paid higher outside.

Got exposure of offline and online research. Also worked on qualitative research in media, educational, insurance, FMCG service. Closely working with end to end client service. Have been working different type of quantitative projects right from beginning till final reports.
