The Most Smartest and Realist Management in Ed-Tech Industry to work under given that it's always difficult to work in Brick and Mortar Training Institutes as a Career Counselor. I wish I could give 6 stars for learning!!!!!! Because you will learn about things in a few months , which would take years in a regular start-up.

It's hard to answer this question because I have chosen and joined a Training Institute for life after 4 years of thorough reasearch into Online and Offline coaching in DS/AI and related fields. Key metric I used is Provision of Data Science Training which is Industry relevant and will help students of different calibres. Huge proportion of people have told me this about joining the training programs at 360DigiTMG and even I feel the same : "It's like going back to college."

I was happy in the beginning but coming to an end noo ....i would never work for such a company again....no clear communication, no on time salaries,if there is any issue no response is what you can expect and no prior information regarding termination
