The Founder Is a Gem of a Human Being. During The Covid-19 Lockdown The Management Paid Me 65% of My Salary Continously & Were Forced to Ask Me to Leave Afterwards Due to Zero Sales Howver The Founder MD Was Gracious To Pay Me a Months Notice Period Over & Above my FnF & The Amount Was Paid Immediately After I Was Relieved. Am Genuinely Grateful to The Founder Mr. Ankit Kansal.

There are always a few characters in every organization who try their best to gain importance of the top management Howver they always face their karma at the end.

There is a city head Pankaj Jha Who use wrong words is floor to executive. Incentive they will not give you , salary is not in time, travelling allowance you will not get.. oh by the way there hr Sangeetha who think she is the owner of the company, you will do business for your manager and attendance will be regularise by the hr.. totally lala company

... support and they commit at the time of interview but not help when actual time. And also the biggest problem they r not paid salary timely. And they made many excuses when ask about the salary process.

Every milestone comes up with hard efforts. Hence the work pressure. Incentives get delayed, but it comes.

The company is a good place to start your career as a fresher they offer fix pay that most of the companies doesn't offer .

As the company is really good and here learning new things was always a complimentary thing but the management of my branch is so bad that they didn't provided any kind of training and the team leader was also not capable of handling the team
