Everyday there is to learn something new with exceptions. People treat like family and late coming to office are not that much penalized as in other organizations Thinking on the toe is required and the job is challenging your skills.

Dislikes

...in cash and other 50% divided in two years & that too is declared in august end. An employee who has dealt with all the exceptions whole year will be deprived for the bonus etc. till September that too will be given only. 50% other 50% split in next two years🤦‍♂️. Work Life balance is not good here late sittings are common.

Working culture is very good and supportive. There are some exceptional mentors if you happen to be in their team. Work environment is chill and do your work but give your best types.

Dislikes

None at all. Absolutely nothing except if someone has a personal issue with their immediate reporting authority. General culture is very good to pin point anything.

High level challenging job. You can learn new knowledge every day. Good health insurance policy. Other activities like Cricket over arm, football tournament team sponsorship. Having yearly in house cricket turf tournament & having yearly 1-2 parties plus diwali & Christmas party.

Dislikes

No work life balanced No fixed time for work shift of working hours. Not like bonus policy Not like promotion & increment policy Not have leave encashment If you worked on holiday or if you worked on Saturday then you not get any benefit of your service.
