I have been with the company for three and a half years now, but I haven't seen any salary increases, bonuses, appraisals, or other benefits during my tenure. Unfortunately, my hard work and dedication go unnoticed, and there seems to be poor decision-making at the management level. My immediate supervisor is less than ideal, and the HR and finance departments aren't very helpful.
I've noticed that some employees receive preferential treatment by using flattery, while those of us who rely on our true skills and qualities don't get the recognition we deserve. Despite having strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, a proactive attitude, keen attention to detail, and a track record of getting the job done, these qualities seem to be undervalued in the company's culture. It's disheartening to see that only those who engage in flattery receive the spotlight.
There is a widespread problem of groupism among the major communities, which significantly contributes to an unhealthy work culture.
