Good work environment especially for the freshers who look up to start their career in Non voice process. Company culture and management is good and friendly. There is good cafeteria and gamming arcade for chilling..

During Pandemic period, we were given Broadband Allowance but unfortunately I was not receiving the allowance informed to my TL about that but it was in vain and when it comes to my exit I was informed by HR that my exit will be 23 August but actually it was 24 Aug 2020, so I got one LOP for that and I got 2 LOP extra after logged in and took chats but I still got LOP informed to my TL but it was no use as my TL said I will take care but still I got two extra LOP's so I got in total 3 LOP without my mistake. The company policies are not useful because they will not consider when it comes to my concern. Overall my experience with [24]7.ai was not good and the job security was not they if we perform also they will not consider for IJP and all.

... training and in nesting my SME's were very polite, helpful and generous person. The salary was not upto the expectation the work pressure was too much and the Appraisal would not happen based on scores and it was very less. I used to get very less appraisal after maintaining the numbers, In [24]7.ai the career growth is 0% as politics will go in.

...th ease of doing business. Nice platforn for freshers to start up career in BPO. Salary should be revised better for experienced candidates. For freshers they provide around 14k to 15k

Work environment is good, career growth can expect faster, training will be good, teammates are friendly, offers bravo point for every achievement, you can expect higher I based on your performance.

Dislikes

Salary and appraisal is worse, they won't give any better hike, it will be limited to 100's. Managers don't even care about employees (agents) , HR's won't respond to salary issues, They say that it is Rotational shifts, but don't expect it, they will throw you in only night shifts.
